First Hunt, First Buck

You know your living right when on your first hunt this beast walks in front of you. Josh was 6 years old hunting a youth day in Virginia. It was almost the end of legal shoot and we couldn’t believe our eye when this big buck steps out. I told Josh this was his deer and he got ready for the shot. The buck came down the field edge and Josh stopped him to make a perfect 25 shot with his crossbow. He kept calmer that most men would have. We were all so proud and happy for Josh. He earned the nickname “Giant Killer” on his first hunt!
